For best results Ginkgo Biloba capsules should be taken together with Everyday Wellness capsules and Super Green capsules alongside following a nutrient-rich diet for a minimum of 6 months to provide your hair with the optimum vitamins, minerals and amino acids it needs to promote healthy hair growth.
Adults take 2 capsules of Ginkgo Biloba per day with food and water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Adults take 2 capsules Super Greens per day with water on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults take 2 capsules of Everyday Wellness on an empty stomach with water. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks as heat may kill the bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
