Simone Thomas Wellness believes that the key to maintaining your health and beauty starts from within. All supplements should be taken while following a nutrient-rich diet for a minimum of 6 months to provide your body with the optimum vitamins, minerals and amino acids it needs.
Adults take 2 capsules of Everyday Wellness on an empty stomach with water every morning. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks as heat may kill the bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults take 2 capsules of SkinQuencher per day with water and food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults take 1 tablet of Biotin Brilliance per day on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
