Do you find yourself challenged with a lack of time during the week? You want to keep on top of your fitness goals, but you can’t seem to find the time to drive to the gym for 3 – 4 sessions a week?
Believe it or not, you can still look and feel great, by squeezing in 30 minutes of exercise every alternate day, working out at home. You don’t need to have the latest gym equipment, in fact a lot of these exercises can be done in your lounge or your bedroom, simply through combining high intensity, repetitive exercises focused on specific areas of your body – your stomach, legs, arms.
Be creative – you can even try doing press ups on the stairs in your house, you would be surprised how simple, and quick it can be when you commit and carve out some time in your week.
