Simone Thomas Wellness believes that the key to maintaining your health and beauty starts from within. For how to use;

Take collagen supplements first thing in the morning, or last thing at night on an empty stomach or one hour after you have finished your meal. It is also beneficial to take the collagen supplements an hour before you exercise to help you to boost your performance during exercise.

These haven’t been formulated with just skincare in mind, whether you are a triathlete, gym-goer or yogi, Marine Collagen is also the perfect recovery protein to build and repair your muscles, tendons, ligaments and cartilage following a good workout. By taking an hour before you exercise, you can help speed up your recovery time and increase your performance.

Adults take 2 capsules of SkinQuencher per day with water and food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
