Suggested Use

Simone Thomas Wellness believes that the key to maintaining your health and beauty starts from
within. All supplements should be taken while following a nutrient-rich diet for a minimum of 6 months to provide your hair with the optimum vitamins, minerals and amino acids it needs to promote healthy hair
growth.

Adults take 1 tablet of Biotin Brilliance per day on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For best results Biotin Brilliance capsules should be taken together with Everyday Wellness capsules and Super Green capsules.

Biotin is depleted by alcohol, antibiotics, cooking and refining foods as well as raw egg whites due to a protein within them Avidin which prevents biotin absorption in the intestines.

Benefits

Biotin is part of the Vitamin B complex; B vitamins are essential for strong, thick hair and in some cases, hair loss is a sign of a vitamin B deficiency, particularly biotin. It’s important to consume adequate amounts of B vitamins regularly because they enhance the levels of collagen, which is a protein that increases the thickness of hair follicles.

B vitamins also boost the activity of enzymes that break down the fatty oil in sebum (a dandruff causing substance) and in doing so, targets conditions that can affect the scalp and hair such as dermatitis or eczema.

Additional Sources of Biotin include: Peanuts, Almonds, Kidney Beans, Egg Yolk, Walnuts, Chicken and Sesame Seeds.
