Kefir makes a perfect base for smoothies and I love to blend it with my favourite ingredients for a quick and delicious breakfast or afternoon snack. Add a little bit less kefir to make a delicious smoothie bowl, and top it up with your favourite fruit and nuts.

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana, frozen

2 peaches, stone removed and sliced

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

350ml unflavoured kefir

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

2 capsules of Simone Thomas Skin Quencher
METHOD:

Put the banana, peaches, cocoa powder, kefir and maple syrup into a blender.

Empty 2 Simone Thomas Skin Quencher capsules into the blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
