Mango and Pineapple Smoothie
This simple, 4 ingredients smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C, tastes like sunshine in a glass and transports you right back to that exotic holiday we are all in need of.
High volumes of fibre, mango and pineapple can improve your digestion and gut health. They are also rich in beta-carotene which converted into vitamin A helps to improve yourvision and boost overall eye health.
I love to prepare my smoothie with at least one of the fruits being frozen- that helps to keep my smoothie cold for longer and gives it this smooth almost ice-cream like texture, which makes a delicious, afternoon guilt-free snack or exciting breakfast. I usually add two Simone Thomas super greens for extra health boost and make it with kefir to enjoy additional digestion and gut health benefits.

INGREDIENTS:
(makes 1)
• 60 g frozen mango
• 60 g fresh pineapple
• 100 ml kefir
• 2 Simone Thomas Super Greens Powder
METHOD:
• Place the frozen mango, pineapple, and kefir into a blender.
• Empty 2 Simone Thomas Super Green capsules into the blender and blitz until creamy and smooth.
• Divide between two serving glasses and enjoy.
