Trio of Dips
There is nothing better than surprising your guests with homemade, delicious food when throwing a dinner party. Dips are a great way to add variety to your table and make things more interesting.
These three recipes are really easy, quick to make as they only require blitzing the ingredients together in a food processor. Add some fun toppings and you are ready to serve them to your guests with fresh bread on the side.

INGREDIENTS:
For the hummus:

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

2 garlic cloves
-
1 tsp ground cumin
-
Juice of 1 lemon
-
2 tbsp tahini
-
30ml olive oil plus extra for serving

Sea salt, to season
For the white bean dip:
-
1 can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
-
2 garlic cloves
-
1 tbsp tahini
-
Juice of 1 lemon
-
20 ml olive oil
-
1 tsp ground cumin
For the mint and green pea dip:
-
1 can green peas, rinsed and drained
-
1 garlic clove
-
20 ml olive oil
-
5g fresh mint
-
Salt to season
To serve:

Pitta bread
-
Nachos
-
Great quality sourdough bread
METHOD:

Place all the hummus ingredients into a food processor. Season with salt and blend until smooth.

Add 1 tbsp of hot water if it looks too thick and blend again.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, top with a drizzle of olive oil. Set on the side for a moment.

Repeat the whole process for the white bean dip recipe. Place all the white bean ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Wash the food processor bowl and repeat the process for green peas dip. Blitz all the ingredients in the processor and transfer into a serving bowl.

Serve the dips with fresh sourdough, pitta bread, nachos and crudites on the site.
