These quick, no-bake cookies make a great snack on the go, when you crave something sweet, but prefer to grab a nutritious snack instead of a take away sandwich. Made of simple, everyday ingredients, these delicious cookies will quickly become your next healthy addiction.

  • 200 g rolled oats 

  • 1 scoop (12 g) of Simone Thomas Pause the Meno Protein Powder

  • 50 g 70% dark chocolate chips 

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 150 g peanut butter 

  • 20 ml maple syrup 

  • 100 ml your favourite milk, we used oat milk 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 


  • Place the oats, protein powder, pinch of salt, chocolate chips and cocoa powder  in a large mixing bowl and stir.

  • Place the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, mix well over the medium heat,  until the peanut butter is melted and the mixture is thick and well combined. It should take around 1 minute. 

  • Leave it to cool for 5 minutes, then add to the oats and protein mixture. Mix well until combined and and shape into cookies, around 50 grams each. 

  • Place the cookies in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
