Chocolate No-Bake Cookies
These quick, no-bake cookies make a great snack on the go, when you crave something sweet, but prefer to grab a nutritious snack instead of a take away sandwich. Made of simple, everyday ingredients, these delicious cookies will quickly become your next healthy addiction.

INGREDIENTS:

200 g rolled oats
-
1 scoop (12 g) of Simone Thomas Pause the Meno Protein Powder

50 g 70% dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt
-
150 g peanut butter
-
20 ml maple syrup
-
100 ml your favourite milk, we used oat milk

1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD:

Place the oats, protein powder, pinch of salt, chocolate chips and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl and stir.

Place the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan, mix well over the medium heat, until the peanut butter is melted and the mixture is thick and well combined. It should take around 1 minute.

Leave it to cool for 5 minutes, then add to the oats and protein mixture. Mix well until combined and and shape into cookies, around 50 grams each.

Place the cookies in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
