Sauté Leeks Tartines With Whipped Goat Cheese

A Quick and Easy Veggie Favourite!

Tartine is a French word for an open sandwich, usually served for breakfast with some butter and jam. I like to take it to the next level, add some delicious ingredients and transform this simple piece of bread into something special.

It can serve as quick, elegant lunch on the weekends, but it also works as a fancy appetiser with a glass of a cold white wine on the side. Combination of a good quality sourdough bread, creamy whipped goat cheese with sautéed leeks will quickly become your favourite way of eating veggies this season!
