Simone Thomas Wellness believes that the key to maintaining your health and beauty starts from within. For best results Biotin Brilliance tablets should be taken together with Everyday Wellness capsules and Super Green capsules alongside a nutrient-rich diet for a minimum of 3 months to provide your hair with the optimum vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Adults take 1 capsule of Biotin Brilliance per day on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults take 2 capsules Super Greens per day with water on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Adults take 2 capsules of Everyday Wellness per day on an empty stomach with water. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks as heat may kill the bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Super Greens is a food supplement containing a blend of organic seaweed and botanicals. Seaweed contains natural Iodine, which contributes to the normal cognitive function and functioning of your nervous system. Iodine also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the maintenance of normal skin, the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
Everyday Wellness is a food supplement containing a blend of six beneficial bacteria including bifidobacteria, lactobacillus and streptococcus PLUS FOS in an acid resistant capsule shell.
