Simone Thomas Nutrition at home aka “NutriHome” brings you monthly recipes that are organic when possible, clean living with a little bit of naughty, covering all forms of diets and needs as well as catering for your lunch box ideas, breakfast, dinner, snacks and indulgent sweet treats!
These recipes have been designed around the best ingredients in season, with your health and wellbeing top of mind, as well as with consideration for your time. Our lives our busy so we don’t have lots of time to spend in the kitchen, however there is no reason why we can’t create nutritious, tasty meals that are a feast for our eyes and a treat for our body!
