Delivery Policy

Delivery for the rest of the world varies depending on the destination. Please see above for our delivery costs for different regions and countries. All prices are displayed in UK GBP and customers will be billed in their local currency. Pricing includes VAT/relevant local tax for all UK & EU customers.

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made and shipping costs will vary based on the volume you have ordered (we have included our terms and conditions regarding import duties).

Tracking your order

You will receive two emails once you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address.

The first confirms that your order has been received and will contain your payment receipt, this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included) this email should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your debit/credit card and verification of your information.

Shipping

Delivery times are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday). We ship orders each day, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, this means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

We are closed on public holidays and deliveries will not be made on bank holidays. During these times orders will be processed the next working day. During busy periods orders may take longer than the estimated timeframes.

RETURNS POLICY

At Simone Thomas Wellness, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. For this reason we will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought through www.simonethomaswellness.com (apart from our food supplements) if it is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and be in unopened, saleable condition.

As Simone Thomas Wellness food supplements are ingestible supplements we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our food supplements and cannot re-stock food supplements once they have left our control.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing it as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Cancellations on orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 9am the day the order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area.

We are unable to cancel orders after 9am on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. As a reminder, we send out an email 3 days before each subscription renewal is due.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

You may cancel your upcoming subscription orders via the website in the accounts section or by email – info@simonethomaswellness.com.

Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes however please be aware that this is not always possible. Please fill in the form on the Contact Us page and we will aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday through to Friday.
