Kefir is high in pro and prebiotics, responsible for supporting your gut health and immunity, linked to overall health - including hair health.

Kefir makes a perfect base for smoothies and I love to blend it with my favourite ingredients for a quick and delicious breakfast or afternoon snack. Add a little bit less kefir to make a delicious smoothie bowl, and top it up with your favourite fruit and nuts.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 2 peaches, stone removed and sliced

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 350ml unflavoured kefir

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 2 capsules of Simone Thomas Skin Quencher

METHOD: 

  • Put the banana, peaches, cocoa powder, kefir and maple syrup into a blender.

  • Empty 2 Simone Thomas Skin Quencher capsules into the blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

  • Divide between 2 large serving glasses and enjoy,.
